🔁 Refund & Return Policy

At SevenHeaven, your satisfaction and well-being are our highest priorities. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🧘♀️ Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, please email us at sevenheavenastro1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

📦 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened essential oils or wellness products
Customized or personalized items
Gift cards or downloadable products (if any)

🔁 Exchanges

We replace items only if they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with opening video proof.
